Payment of Tuition and Fees..
Tuition and fees are billed each semester. Arrangements for payment of tuition and fees must be made by the first day of the semester. Students who have not made payment arrangements by the first day of the semester will not be permitted to attend classes or receive credit. Financial obligations must be paid in full as they occur unless deferred under a payment plan approved by the Business Office. Students who have a past-due balance on their account will be placed on Financial Hold, which will prevent the student from registering for any new classes. Financial Holds also prevent the release of transcripts and/or diplomas.
Payment Options
Upon receipt of an invoice, students must pay their bill in full or contact the Business Office to set up an approved payment plan. Checks should be made payable to Burlington College and addressed to the Business Office. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard by calling or visiting the Business Office.
Burlington College payment plans require that students pay one-third of their tuition and fees prior to the first day of classes. The balance must be paid by pre-authorized credit card charge or automatic checking account deduction over the remaining months in the semester. Students will be charged a $75 administrative fee for utilizing a payment plan. A payment plan form will be included with your tuition invoice each semester.
Please call the Business Office at 802-862-9616 if you have any questions regarding your bill, or to make payment arrangements.
